ICT: Cameras (ISO)
As you compare the both pictures you can tell that the ISO used on the right was more effective to use for taking a photo of this fire extinguisher than the ISO used on the left photograph as it was too dark which is why we need to use a higher ISO to make the picture brighter and more visible for people to see. I would prefer to use a higher ISO in dark places but not too high as the picture will start to look "pixelated" and it won't look that nice to see anymore. On my opinion, ISO is a good factor to help to take a nice picture but we need to learn what ISO level to use otherwise the picture will look either too dark or too bright.

Reflection:
For the past few recent lessons of ICT, we have learnt how to use Pixlr. An editing website that is far simpler than professional websites like Adobe Flash etc. We also learnt how to use the different tools in Pixlr Editor such as: The sponge tool which helps increase the brightness and saturation of the picture. The lasso tool which helps erasing the original background of the picture easier. The stamp tool which copies the area of the picture the stamp is placed in and many more. We even learnt how to replace some colours as shown in the 2 pictures on the top with the small child. Learning the basics of editing has been fun and I look forward to editing with Pixlr in my spare time or in future projects. |
